Meet Coreen Boothe-McCall

Founder and Principal Consultant

Coreen Boothe-McCall is the founder of Boothe Consulting, LLC, bringing over two decades of experience in nonprofit development and residential property management. She holds a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management and Fundraising Management from Columbia University, blending academic expertise with real-world problem-solving.

 

Coreen specializes in helping mission-driven organizations build structure from the inside out. Her nonprofit work focuses not only on fundraising strategy—like campaign planning, donor engagement, and grant writing—but also on strengthening internal operations. From donor databases and CRM systems to board infrastructure and back-end workflows, Coreen offers the kind of behind-the-scenes support that allows nonprofits to function smoothly and scale sustainably. She’s a fixer by nature—solution-driven, detail-oriented, and known for stepping in to bring clarity and order to complex challenges.

 

On the property management side, Coreen oversees small to mid-sized residential buildings with care and consistency. She handles tenant communication, maintenance coordination, and day-to-day operations with the same level of professionalism and responsiveness she brings to her nonprofit clients.
